Leadnics is a lead management application designed to help businesses efficiently track, manage, and nurture their leads. The app provides users with intuitive tools for lead segmentation, tracking interactions, and integrating with CRM systems, ensuring seamless lead management on the go.
My role:
I led the end-to-end UX process—research, user flows, wireframes, UI design, and usability testing. My goal was to simplify lead management through a clean, intuitive mobile experience. I collaborated closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and pixel-perfect execution.
