This platform is for aesthetic providers to build credibility and visibility through a Health Score, certifications, and peer endorsements.

My role was to design the end-to-end experience from research and personas to flows, IA, and polished UI that would encourage providers to trust the platform and engage from day one.

Problem

Aesthetic providers face three key challenges:

  • Hard to stand out in a noisy, competitive market
  • Reviews feel fake or biased, making credibility unclear
  • No time for marketing while running clinics and treating patients

 

“How might we design a platform that providers actually trust and feel motivated to complete their profiles on?”

Jane, a clinic owner, represents providers who need credibility without wasting time

Solution

I designed this platform as a trust-first platform where credibility is at the core of the user experience. Guided onboarding encouraged providers to complete their profiles, while a transparent health Score built from verified credentials gave users a clear sense of trustworthiness. Peer endorsements acted as authentic social proof, and a step-by-step certification journey rewarded providers with visible badges that strengthened their credibility.

To sustain long-term engagement, I introduced features like leaderboards, get endorsed, and what’s hot section. Together, these elements transformed platform from a simple directory into a credible, scalable ecosystem where providers feel confident showcasing their expertise and clients can trust what they see.

 

Together, these features transformed platform from “just another directory” into a credible, scalable community where providers feel confident and patients know who to trust.

These ensured every user action built credibility and trust.
